Ingredients:
- Maida – 1 cup
- Cocoa powder – 1/3 cup
- Ripe banana – 1 large (or 2 small)
- Milk – 1/2 cup
- Sugar – 1/2 cup
- Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
- Oil or melted butter – 1/4 cup
- Vanilla essence – 1/2 tsp (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a tin.
- Mash the banana well.
- Add sugar, milk, oil, and vanilla essence. Mix until smooth.
- Sift in dry ingredients and mix gently.
- Pour the batter into the tin.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool completely before cutting.
